Intertwine your fingers and place them on the top of your head.
Applying firm pressure, move your hands back and forth 10 times, then side to side 10 times.
Place your hands on your forehead.
Applying firm pressure, move your hands up and down 10 times.
Repeat 2 more sets.
The forehead lift 1.
Place your fingers along your forehead.
Apply firm pressure and push your fingers up.
Relax your shoulders and neck.
Tilt your face down parallel to the floor and feel the blood flowing towards your face.
Continue to breathe.
Hold this pose for 10 seconds.
Repeat 1 more set.
The forehead lift 2.
Place the sides of your hands (the inner web from index finger to thumb) along the hairline with your thumbs pointing down in front of your ears.
Apply firm pressure and push the hairline backwards. Keep your chest open and your neck and shoulders relaxed, making sure your forehead is not wrinkled.
While maintaining the pressure, look down at the floor with only your eyes and make sure you don't frown.
Make sure you don't tilt your head down.
Feel the contraction.
Continue to breathe. Hold this pose for 10 seconds. Repeat 1 more set.
